Forward Pickleball, committed to "Moving Players Forward" is looking for a Sales, Partnerships, and Events Coordinator who will ensure an outstanding guest experience for our members and players.
Position Overview
The Sales, Partnerships, and Events Coordinator is responsible for driving external partnerships, marketing campaigns, and event sales for our pickleball facility. This dynamic role works closely with the owner and the marketing team to complement their expertise in event sales, coordination, and marketing.

Responsibilities
1. Sponsorship and Partnership Development

Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors to foster mutually beneficial collaborations.

Develop a tiered sponsorship program with clear benefits, focusing on securing high-profile sponsors

Serve as the primary contact for sponsorship relations and program execution.
2.. Event Sales and Promotion

Oversee all aspects of event sales, including responding to inquiries, creating proposals, and driving outbound sales efforts.

Collaborate annually to prioritize key event dates, factoring in tours, recurring events, and membership goals (e.g., round robins and social events).

Promote and execute internal community events, such as fundraisers, with attention to club-wide engagement.
3.. Marketing Campaigns and Club Promotion

Develop and manage marketing initiatives, including:

Social media campaigns

Promotional materials

In-club marketing collateral

Coordinate with the club manager to design and execute targeted campaigns for summer camps and membership drives.
4.. Media Partnerships

Manage evolving media partnership strategies in alignment with the club’s vision.

Plan and execute agreed-upon events that may include pickleball or other community activities.
5. Internal Collaboration

Partner with the owner to align outbound communication across member and prospect audiences, including email, text, and platform-based outreach.

Support membership campaigns as needed to drive club growth and engagement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in partnership development, marketing, and event coordination.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Creative mindset with experience in graphic design and promotional material development.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Experience in a club, community, or sports-focused environment is a plus.
